Terms of Service

Crash is a listing and matching platform for student housing. We are not a real-estate broker, property manager, or party to any rental agreement between users, and we don't handle payments or deposits.

You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you post, for confirming your lease permits subletting before listing, and for complying with all applicable laws — including the Fair Housing Act. Discriminatory listings are removed and accounts banned.

No scams, no harassment, no fake listings, no scraping. We suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties. Meet in public places for tours when possible, and never send money to someone you haven't verified.
